Yes. Not because Chronicle replaces Prevail. It doesn't. They do different things entirely.

Prevail is a case management system. It tracks tasks, contacts, internal workflows, and matter status. It answers the question: What work should our firm do?

Chronicle is an ERE monitoring platform. It checks the SSA's Evidence and Case Status portal daily and surfaces what changed. Different question: What changed at the SSA today?

These are complementary categories. Most high-volume SSD firms use both, because the SSA's activity should drive your firm's work. That only happens when you have visibility into what the SSA is actually doing.

What Prevail Does
