‍You acknowledge that Chronicle facilitates access to the Social Security Administration: Electronic Records Express ("SSA ERE") and that you are responsible for ensuring that such access is compliant with all guidelines, policies, and laws established by the SSA.

Subscription Fees

‍The Service is provided on a subscription basis. The specific terms of your subscription, including the fees, are outlined in your Subscription Agreement with Chronicle Technology, Inc.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

‍You are responsible for all activities conducted under your user account. You agree to:

• Abide by all applicable laws and governmental regulations.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
