Connect Wings to Chronicle
Wings can sync client data and events directly from Chronicle into your CMS. Setup is managed by the Wings team, so you only need to generate an API key in Chronicle and share it with them.
Before you start
You need an active Chronicle account with firm admin permissions.
You need an active Wings subscription with the Chronicle integration enabled on their side.
Get your Chronicle API key
The Wings team needs a Chronicle API key to authenticate the sync. See Using the API for full details.
In the Chronicle dashboard, go to Settings → API.
Click Create API Key.
Select Wings, enter a label, and create the key.
Copy the key immediately and store it in a secure location. It is shown only once.
Complete setup with the Wings team
Contact the Wings team and request the Chronicle integration.
Provide the Chronicle API key to the Wings team securely. They will configure the connection and data mapping on their end.
Confirm with the Wings team that the sync is live and that test client data and events are arriving in Wings as expected.
What syncs
Once the integration is active, Wings pulls the following from Chronicle:
Client data
Events
Security notes
An API key grants full admin access to your firm’s Chronicle data. Share it only with the Wings team through a secure channel.
If the key is lost or compromised, revoke it immediately in Settings → API and generate a new one.
Next steps
Review the API key documentation if you need to regenerate or revoke a key.
