View client detail page data fields
The client detail page in Chronicle shows a header card with identity and status data, a case units section, and a tabbed view for documents, chronologies, and case activity.
Header identity fields
The left sidebar of the header card displays the following fields when present:

Case units
The Case Phases section lists each case unit for the client. A case unit represents a stage in the SSA disability lifecycle. Chronicle creates and updates case units by ingesting status report spreadsheets (CSV) from the SSA Evidence and Case Status portal (ERE). Each row in a status report becomes a case unit, and the columns populate the fields below.
Initial / Reconsideration fields
These fields appear on Initial and Reconsideration case units. They are populated from the init/recon status report CSV.

Case unit header badges
Every case unit card shows the stage label (Initial, Reconsideration, Hearing, or Appeals) and, when available, the current status. Additional badges may appear:
Expedited — shown when the case is marked as expedited.
T2: {decision} — shown when a Title II decision is present.
T16: {decision} — shown when a Title XVI decision is present.
Status date {date} — shown when a status date is available for the unit.
Status alerts and other summary sections
Other sections may appear below the identity panel depending on the client’s data:
Fee Payments: Visible only when you have AARPS access and the client has fee payments. Shows payment date, amount, and claim type.
Events: Shows upcoming and missed event counts, or
No eventswhen empty.Requests: Displays info requests and medical provider requests with address and facility details.
