Generate a medical chronology with AI

Generate a Dodo or Lexmed medical chronology from a client’s Medical Chronology tab. Both products are billed a la carte per client. Dodo refreshes automatically when new documents arrive; Lexmed produces a polished PDF and DOCX report with optional add-ons.

Before you start

Resolve these prerequisites so the chronology builds correctly.

• Wait until all of the client’s documents have finished downloading.

• Enter the client’s SSN on their profile if it is missing.

• Open the Documents tab and fix any OCR failures.

Choose a chronology product

Dodo Medical Chronology

Dodo is included at no extra cost for your first three clients, then billed at $50 per client. When new medical records are added to the case, the chronology automatically refreshes at no additional charge. The output includes encounter tables, an executive summary, impairment tracking, and a built-in AI search.

Lexmed Medical Chronology

Lexmed is free for your first chronology, brief, and chart vision, then billed at $50 per chronology. If new documents arrive and you want an updated report, each refresh costs an additional $50. Lexmed also unlocks two optional add-ons:

• Chart Vision — visual chart analysis (+$25)

• Prehearing Brief — AI-generated hearing brief (+$25)

Lexmed disables the Refresh button when no new documents have been added since the last run. If new documents are present, clicking Refresh starts a new Lexmed run.

Generate the chronology

1. Navigate to the client’s detail page and open the Medical Chronology tab.

2. Select the product you want to use — Dodo or Lexmed.

3. For Lexmed, check any add-ons you want included, then click Generate Chronology.

4. Wait for the confirmation notification. Generation usually takes a few minutes; you will be notified by email when the output is ready.

After generation

Once the chronology is complete, download or export the report, use the built-in search to locate specific findings, and cross-reference citations back to the original documents in the Documents tab.
