Verify the number accepts SMS and the Via text toggle under Passcode Forwarding is turned on.
Forward passcodes to a team number
Forward ERE one-time passcodes to a shared team number such as Google Voice or RingCentral so your staff still receives codes while Chronicle monitors the account.
Before you start
You need a team number that can receive SMS messages. Examples given in the interface include Google Voice and RingCentral, but any shared number works.
For passcodes to forward to a team number, turn on the Forward passcodes to the rest of the team? toggle under your Chronicle Virtual Number in Settings > Profile > ERE. Passcode forwarding adds a forwarding number alongside the virtual number. It does not replace the virtual number in ERE or Assure.
Turn on passcode forwarding
In Chronicle, go to Settings > Profile > General.
Find the passcode forwarding and mobile number section.
Enter your team number in the Mobile Phone Number field.
Turn on the Via text toggle under Passcode Forwarding.
