Once an SSN has been entered and a successful initial pull occurs, the one-time e-File monitoring fee applies even if the case later goes dormant.
Review client billing
You are billed for a client only when specific product conditions are met. E-file monitoring carries a one-time lifetime fee per case; other products such as AI hearing preps are billed a la carte when requested. You are never charged per seat.
E-file monitoring
A client is billed for E-file monitoring once the Social Security Number has been entered and the file has been successfully pulled from SSA.
Errored clients are not billed. If the file cannot be pulled successfully, no charge is applied.
One-time fee for the lifetime of the case. If the case is remanded multiple times, you are not billed again.
Other products
Products such as AI hearing preps are billed on an a la carte basis. You are charged per client only when the product is requested for that client.
What is not billed
Clients where the SSN has not been monitored and documents have not been downloaded are not billed for.
Review your usage
To see your current usage and what has been billed, go to Settings > Billing and open the Billing & Usage page. The usage area shows a per-client breakdown for each billing cycle.

Your individual contract terms take precedence. If your agreement includes specific billing terms, those override the standard policies described here.
