The premise
Every disability firm we talk to is trying to grow, and almost every one of them describes the same bottleneck: not enough hours, and not enough people to sell more hours to.
The premise of this summit is that the bottleneck is usually somewhere else. Capacity a firm already owns tends to sit in three places nobody looks at, because none of them show up as a line item. It sits in the relationships the firm already has. It sits in the cases the firm already turns down. And it sits in the hours the firm already spends on every single file, whether that file is worth anything or not.
Four sessions, a keynote, and a closing panel, each one pointed at a different place that capacity is hiding. Every session is taught by a technology partner alongside a practicing attorney, on a real workflow, with live questions.
CAPACITY ’26 is a collaboration between NOSSCR and Chronicle. NOSSCR brings the practitioners and the standard every session is held to. Chronicle produces the day and runs the room. It is open to everyone working in disability law, whether or not you are a NOSSCR member.

Frequently asked questions
Nothing at all. There is no ticket, no fee, and no upsell at the door. The summit is funded by its partners, which is what keeps it free for NOSSCR members and everyone else who registers.
No. The summit is open to anyone working in disability law: attorneys, non-attorney representatives, paralegals, case managers, intake and operations staff, and firm owners. NOSSCR co-presents it and members will hear about it through NOSSCR, but membership is not required to register or to attend, and nothing on the day is gated.
Yes. Every registrant gets the recordings afterward, whether or not they attend live. Registering is worth it even if November 12 is a hearing day.
No, these are not direct product demos. The point of the summit is to teach practitioners the newest ways to put technology to work in a disability firm and grow capacity with it. A partner’s product may come up where it is genuinely part of the workflow being taught, but every session is education first, and the measure is whether you leave having learned something new from the person presenting.
No, though we would encourage you to catch as much of it as you can. It is a single track, so there is nothing to choose between and nothing to miss by staying for the whole thing. Schedules being what they are, if a conflict takes you away for part of the day, the recordings go out to everyone who registered.
Not at this time. If that changes before November 12, everyone who has registered will hear about it first.
