Chronicle February update with firm dashboard and hearing audio transcription features

  1. Comprehensive Firm Dashboard. We’re excited to introduce the new firm dashboard, a centralized hub designed to provide a comprehensive overview of all vital metrics and recent case changes. This dashboard aggregates essential information, including hearing schedules, case victories, newly uploaded documents, and more, offering you a panoramic view of your firm’s operational dynamics. This feature is tailored to keep you informed of your firm’s performance and case progress with unparalleled clarity.

  2. Automated Hearing Audio Transcription. We have introduced a new feature that automatically downloads hearing audio from the Electronic Records Express (ERE) and transcribes it. This enhancement is aimed at saving you time and effort in reviewing hearing proceedings, allowing for quicker analysis and case preparation.

  3. Integration with Zapier. To ensure seamless synchronization with your case management systems, we now offer integration with Zapier. This integration enables you to keep your systems, such as Filevine or Clio, updated in real-time. Additionally, we’ve made it easier to add external IDs and emails in Chronicle, simplifying the process of keeping your case information in sync across platforms.

  4. Forwarding OTP Messages via Text. Understanding the importance of secure and efficient communication, we now provide the capability to forward One-Time Password (OTP) messages via text in addition to email. This feature ensures your team can access the ERE at anytime.

  5. Customizable Client Table Views. In response to user feedback, the client table now offers the option to hide columns. This customization allows you to focus on the data that matters most to you, streamlining the case review process and helping you concentrate on critical case aspects.

  6. Enhanced Notifications. Our notification system has been significantly improved to offer real-time status updates. Now, you can receive immediate notifications when you win a case, keeping you informed of your successes as they happen. Additionally, we’ve introduced a digest email feature, allowing you to review the latest happenings within your firm at a glance.
