How It Works
Simply navigate to the medical chronology tab in your client’s file and request a chronology. The system processes your documents in approximately 15-30 minutes (though some larger files may take up to an hour). You’ll receive an email notification once your chronology is ready.
Each entry in the chronology includes direct citations, allowing you to click through to the source documents instantly. The system automatically refreshes when new documents are added to the file, ensuring your chronology stays up-to-date.
Powerful Search Capabilities
Our AI-powered search understands the context of your questions, making it easier to find relevant information. For example, searching for “issues with walking” will return not just exact matches, but all relevant mobility-related entries, including therapy notes, surgical histories, and functional limitations.
